CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conference registration cancellations received in writing on or before March 25, 2005 will qualify for a refund, less a 10% handling charge. No refund will be given on cancellations after this date, although delegate substitutions will be accepted.

Cancellations of a reserved hotel room can be made up to 6:00pm day of arrival without penalty. All accommodation and ancillary charges must be settled directly with the hotel on departure. Call 412-261-2000 for details.

In the unlikely event of this conference being canceled for any reason whatsoever, neither AMM nor its subsidiaries and/or associated companies nor it employees accept any responsibility for travel accommodation cost or consequential losses incurred by an prospective delegate as a result of any such cancellation. We therefore recommend that prospective delegates arrange appropriate travel insurance coverage.

While every effort will be made to ensure that speakers, papers, topics etc. that are announced in advance actually materialize, neither AMM nor its subsidiaries and/or associated companies nor its employees accept any liability or responsibility in cases where they fail to materialize.
