Essar Steel Algoma finalizes sale of stake in cogeneration facility [UPDATE]

Essar Steel Algoma Inc. has completed the sale of its remaining 50.1-percent interest in Algoma Energy LP (AELP) to Essar Power Canada Ltd. for Canadian $136 million ($129.6 million).
