U.S. ferrosilicon prices have fallen as a major domestic producer injects extra units into the market during a fourth quarter that hasn't been great in terms of ferroalloys demand.
Ferrosilicon deals are being booked in a range of 73 cents to 75 cents per pound, down from a 75- to 77-cent range last week.
