Blaze Recycling & Metals Inc. has acquired Ocala Recycling Inc. and formed a holding company called Blaze Metals LLC to manage Blaze Recycling and its new acquisition.

A spokesman for Norcross, Ga.-based Blaze declined to disclose financial details of the transaction.
