NEW YORK The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has cited Ball Aerosol & Specialty Container Inc. for 11 alleged safety violations at its Hubbard, Ohio, metal container manufacturing facility.
The company, which faces penalties totaling $589,000, has been placed in OSHAs severe violator enforcement program, which mandates targeted follow-up inspections to ensure compliance with the law. ....
